Applied Mail Services, LLC ("Applied Mail") is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of consumers of its products and services. Throughout cyberspace, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our consumers' information. Questions regarding this statement should be directed to Applied Mail by sending a note to the address at the bottom of this document.

Information Disclosure
This statement outlines the privacy practices of Applied Mail, as well as Applied Mail branded pages. We have clearly marked Applied Mail web sites with our logos so you know where this policy applies. It does not apply to any other companies' or organizations' web sites to which we link, and you should check their privacy policies to understand how they may collect or use information about you.

The only personally identifiable information collected by Applied Mail is information that you provide voluntarily as part of a registration or membership process. Other than that, Applied Mail collects only mechanical information necessary to enhance the user experience. We do not sell personal information to any third party... ever.

We also attempt to capture the IP (Internet Protocol) address of each user who registers for email service. This is used for several purposes; including, but not limited to, determining the country of origin and whether the email is being used to send spam. We do not in any way tie any personal information to an IP address; as an IP address only provides us with a machine (e.g. computer) and does not include your name, physical street address, or anything else beyond a unique numeric number. IP addresses may be provided to our partners, added to global blacklists as part of an effort to eliminate spam, and retained in our database for future reference. If you do not want your IP address to be provided to us, then you should either not use the email service or you should use a proxy.

Communication
As stated above, we do not provide any personally identifiable information to third parties. The exceptions are to comply with a valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, or otherwise comply with law, or to protect the rights or property of Applied Mail. The only reason a user would receive email from Applied Mail is if they voluntarily sign up for our email service, become a member or customer of one of our customers sites, or send an email asking a question.

Links
Applied Mail does contain links to other web sites. Please note that when you click on one of these links you are clicking to another web site. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these links sites as their policies may differ from ours.

A WORD OF CAUTION:
It is important that you keep your passwords secure and stay informed by reading the privacy policies of Applied Mail and its' customers, and partners.

We'll keep you informed about policy changes
If we change the Applied Mail privacy policy, we will post changes here in the form of an updated Privacy Policy. This ensures that by checking here frequently all visitors to Applied Mail are informed about our information gathering practices, how we might use that information and whether it will be disclosed. If at any time Applied Mail does decide to alter the way in which we utilize the user's information then the user will be notified and given the opportunity to opt-out prior to that change.
